Do You Have Questions?

- What is the difference between social media management and content creation?

Our social media management package includes full management of your Instagram accounts. This means we will be planning your content and posting on it. Our social media management package includes video content creation (Reels), but you are responsible for having a photo/video library from which we can pull.

Our content creation packages are strictly content. This means you will receive the content fully edited but it is your responsibility to plan and post the content. We offer both photo and video content creation packages based on your needs and the content can be used as you'd like (Instagram)

- Do you only offer help with Instagram?

Yes! Instagram is my main platform for client work. I may eventually offer services for other platforms but for the time being Instagram is where it’s at!

- What does your onboarding phase look like?

Once you have signed your contract with us, the onboarding phase which lasts 1 month begins. During this time you will complete our onboarding checklist and upload all assets to us. In the meantime, we will onboard you into our internal systems. Next, we will carry out an audit of your social media to gain a better overview of the current state of your account. Afterwards, we will create a custom social media strategy that will guide your content.

Once the strategy has been approved by you, we move on to creating your content. During this time, we will send the feed preview for approval to you and ask for feedback on individual posts to ensure you like the direction we are going in. Once the content is approved, we are ready to post.

- What if I decide to cancel my SMM plan?

If you decide to cancel your plan, First inform us before the next payment arrivals as this is a subscription. Once payment is debit we can't refund the amount. we’ll assist in transferring all the SMM content information within three business days, ensuring a smooth transition.

- Will I get to approve posts before they go up?

Yes. Once your content is ready, we provide you with a visual mockup of your feed for the upcoming month. You will also gain access to your content calendar where you can view the individual posts and their captions. In the content calendar, you may request edits for the upcoming posts before they are published.

- How do you create a social media strategy?

To create your social media strategy, we must understand what you wish to achieve from using social media. Whether it be an increase in sales, enquiries or website traffic, we can use this information and tailor it around the content we create.
